Time to Enjoy Life

Posted by on May 26, 2012

Yesterday was officially my last day of work….a bitter sweet day for sure. Champagne with dinner last night and a most wonderful gift from our daughter and son in law…the gift of music!!!!!…Sirius radio for a year and ipod downloaded music too…what could be better???…

Now it will be full speed ahead to get the boat ready and close up the house for our summer travels. Jay is done on June 8th then we can do the finishing touches and take off. Pictures and stories will follow.

No more work…..imagine that!! This is your time, you certainly have picked a great start to retirement. Looking forward to Backstage, I may not have a cruise planned, but at least I have beer!! hehe

    Congrats on the last day.

On Sirius radio, “you don’t need to chage your latitudes and attitudes, they’ll do it for you!” says Jimmy. So, if it’s not sunny enough where you are, turn up Radio Margaritaville on channel 24!

Thanks for the comment on my Trent Canal post – if you need anything while you guys are up here, email or call the boat:
