Left Portand and made a short trip to Hamburg Cove…Tom and Mary Bond our Mainship friends we stopping there as the leave for their 35 day trip up to Lake Champlain and Canada…We took a nice long dinghy ride and then a nice relaxing dinner.
On Tuesday we headed out for Mattituck Inlet on Long Island…calm seas and a cool day made the trip easy. The entrance to the river has cool old fishing boats, marinas , a nice restaurant and beautiful homes We walked into town so Jay could get some plumbing
It was a wonderful quiet night and lots of shore birds
